Intuitive Wellness Course
Each of us is able to access deep levels of knowing and feeling to help us to make clearer decisions, find meaning, happiness, and be there more fully for others.
By learning to consciously develop skills in intuition, we can create a richer life for ourselves and those around us.

2nd class. Journey into how you were programmed with our beliefs. Is what you believe really your truth? What is your heart trying to tell you and are you listening? Also your beliefs and how they affect your world.

Meditation Classes
Peace starts within us - we cannot bring to the world what we do not have to offer.
Often we look at the outside world and find it in a state of disorder and chaos. We would like to change our world into one of peace, yet we are often discouraged in our best attempts to do so. One reason for this is that we cannot bring to the world what we do not have to offer. Peace starts in our own minds and hearts, not outside of ourselves, and until this is firmly rooted within our own being, we cannot manifest it outwardly. Once we have found it within, we can share it with our family, our community, and the whole wide world. Right now honestly evaluate the state of peacefulness that you feel and see around you. If you want your world to change it starts with you! Be the change you desire to see in the world. What YOU think and feel really matters to the Whole.
Meditation is a method for synchronizing body and mind in the present moment. When our body and mind are in sync, we are naturally relaxed, alert, open, and aware. In this way, meditation can provide physical, psychological, and spiritual benefits.

Working together to create a healthy working experience for everyone!
There are infinite possibilities for the meditative mind. Just one meditating person can change the culture of a business. Just one meditating person can affect an entire community. Groups of meditating people can change the mindset of an entire country. And as Sadhguru has often promised, if only one percent of the population becomes meditative, we can change the entire world and transform it into the kind of place we all truly want it to be.

Like breathing, daily meditation is not something that you must have absolute silence in order to do. Your ability to meditate comes from inside of your heart. Thus, meditation does not require you to follow a list of complicated regulations in order to achieve a degree of personal improvement. Furthermore, you do not need to be at home to practice daily meditation. You can also learn to meditate in the workplace.
Pamela Cail will guide these mediation sessions, and with practice you will see amazing results as fellow co-workers learn how to handle and release build up stress, angry, fear in positive and productive ways.

These sessions are meditations guided by Pamela Cail, healer and Reiki Master/Teacher, accompanied by the healing vibrations of Therapeutic Musician Laurence Marie's harp to help you remember your true purpose and heal you at a very deep level.

Reiki Level III / Master Teacher
2012 Reiki Master Teachers Level for Reiki;
The Master Teacher class bestows you with the power and authority to teach this wonderful healing modality to others. You receive your Master Teacher Attunement, an event in itself.
You then learn the inner and outer mechanics of giving attunements for Reiki Level One, Level Two, Reiki Third Degree Advanced Practitioner, and Reiki Master Teacher.
You will extensively practice passing Attunements until you feel confident doing so! We explore how passing an Attunement affects you and your students, and we discuss all the levels of Reiki from the teaching perspective in comprehensive detail, so you leave with a good idea of what to teach in each level.

REA Art & Healing workshop journey is about finding the way for our spirit to be.
This takes clear desire, courage and willingness to let spirit be the leader.
This may look like an art class on the surface but the goal and purpose are different. The creative process teaches us how our spirit can flow and teaches us how to make our lives a living breathing expression of our spirit on earth.
Every-one has a guidance system deep within the Heart space, which is unique to each individual.
Through visualization & meditation we will journey into our heart space and create our own "One Heart" portrait that will reveal messages & guidance.
Learn about the voice of the one heart and the soul connection.

Extraordinary acrylic on canvas 3ft by 4ft created by Pamela Cail. This exciting new REA Rainbow Energy Alive creation entitled “Releasing of the Demons” is a must see and was created personally for Redfeather a Mi’kmaq native Tim “Redfeather” Thomas.
Redfeather and Pamela met for the first time at the Moncton NB assembly of First Nations gathering that took place July 2011. Pamela Cail was personal invited by Roger Augustine, regional Chief of the NB and PEI Assembly to show her vibrant REA art at this First Nations gathering.
Redfeather commissioned Pamela Cail that weekend to create, portray or capture in her REA Rainbow Energy Alive artwork, the tremendous release and pain one endures during a four day native fast with no food or water with the added cleansing of a native sweat each day.
Which Redfeather describes to us as “Releasing of the Demons “, this REA painting really leads you into the intense feelings and emotions the Native people have endured as a whole.
